Sending/downloading pictures from AOL

I can't open pictures on my HTC Touch (Sprint) on AOL since I upgraded to 6.1. I always get a message "Attachments will download next time you connect and receive e-mail". I press send/receive but the pictures never download. I didn't have this problem until the upgrade. I have it set to download all pictures. I can't send e-mails either. Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: Sending/downloading pictures from AOL

Surely, I'm not the only one having this problem.

Re: Sending/downloading pictures from AOL

When you get the email, click on it, then it will show you the attachment. Click on the attachment once, then back out back to the inbox, then hit send and receive again. It should download the attachment. But only click once on the attachment. It should have an arrow pointing down when you do that. Hope that Heps

Thanks T M Z

I tried that and it didn't work. I didn't have this problem before 6.1. I can't send either. Any other ideas? Thanks.
