Htc Home Contacts Don't Dial

I have an alltel touch (vogue) and it comes with htc home, but not contacts (and crappy weather towns). I upgraded to htchome-2.1-n2a and hhcv10final (for contacts and local weather).
I can add people to the contacts tab, but when I touch their name it doesn't open the phone app and dial. It does highlight their box, if that makes a difference.
I did a fresh install of hhcv10final on a titan and it automatically downloaded home, but it worked fine. It didn't have home pre-installed, though, so it might be messing something up.
