MMS problem (Verizon XV6800)

I just activated a new phone with dcd's latest ROM etc.

Everything works perfectly except when I try to send an image using MMS it says "originator address not found". I am using the ARCsoft cab that worked perfectly in my previous 6800. Regular text messages work just fine.

I can find no setting to change to affect this???

In the arcsoft registry, the x-vzw-mdn key is set to something that is not your number. If you are using a custom ROM, it may have the alltel stuff still in there. Good luck getting this to work correctly, I have had many many issues with it.

I got it working. I don't remember exactly what I did, but it was fairly simple.

If you have a custom ROM (you didn't provide much info to go by), install the latest ArcSoft MMS cab & it should fix the problem.
