I just got off the phone with Sprint. They said the phones were supposed to be compatible now (according to all their info). They had me text "NFL" to 7777. it sent me a text message to download. when i went to the download it said my device was not compatible. i tried it on my touch and my mogul and got the same result. the support guy was besides himself and just didn't understand why it wasn't working.

he gave me an email to sent to the nfl people to ask why they are saying the software will work on my phone but it really won't.

i'll keep everyone up to speed if interested.

I sent an email to sprint earlier today, They advised me that the touch and Mogul should be compatible and were looking into the errors that are given when trying to DL from the web. I was told that they will have a fix within the next 24hrs. I will post here when they send me this info.

Well, Sprint is up to there normal crap. I got a reply today regarding NFL Mobile, and it was exactly the same as the one I received yesterday. 24hrs after promising this would be resolved I got an email stating it would be resolved in 24hrs. So hopefully we can get it by next year.

I just talked to some slob over at Sprint. He to said it works, however I just need to refresh my browser intill it goes through because the server is so busy. I told him its does not work with a Touch, he then said it work with instinct now. I told him its a touch and he said same thing. I then told him its not and he said to keep trying to refresh it will work, the site is just busy. I proceded to ask him if he was a dumb a$$, he said to keep tyrying. Its been so obvious that these scrubs dont know nothing. However thats nothing new really. This is a Marquee feature of Sprint! We do all the rest of the dopes get it and Touch/Moguls do not? Really a complete utter lack of product support for devices, and a real disregard for the users of them.

Its not just the Mogul and Touch, so far no PDA phone that I'm aware of has it working (Centro or WM smartphones or ppc).

This really sucks, I'm a cowboys fan outside of Phoenix so I don't get to see too many of their games, I was looking forward to the radio feature. Guess I'll have to pull out my old M610 on the weekends to get the games.

this works for me on Touch. Is there a standalone software version you guys are talking about that does not work?

while we are on subject..is there a mobile version of yahoo stat tracker made for WM6?
