Personally, I keep coming back to PocketCM Keyboard. It's free, and the "pop-up" letter display is great (so you can see what letter you're pressing while your finger is covering the button).

Its a good one but i dont know why it keeps interfering with my other apps... Cant find the wrong combo on my phone... Maybe its a built in bell app...

iv tried all of them listed and my hands down favorite is the pocketcm keyboard WITH(and this is important) the 2manyphones grey iphone skin. you can get the pcm keyboard at pocketcm.com and go to xda and search 2manyphones to find his skins, hes got more than one.I highly recommend checking it out!!!

I just started trying "vito zoomboard" a couple weeks ago, and its become my favorite. Everything about it (size, features, the look, etc..) just feel right to me. dschoenike

oh yeah, real quick while on the topic of keyboards. here's a reg hack to allow you to move your on screen keyboard all around the screen. very helpful when replying to a topic using opera mini. Sorry if this is common knowledge, but i thought i'd throw it out there for anyone who doesnt know about it. HKCU/control panel/SIP/Dragstyle-change from 0 to 1. now you can move your sip keyboard where ever you like. dschoenike
