Yep, this was once Dynamo 2 & has been released as open source. The guys at XDA have been tweking it for a while now and it looks real good. Does anyone know the memory usage?

It looks like the app to have for multitasking. Too bad I can't run it on my Wing with it's 49 MB of RAM.

I'm a bit of a rookie at this stuiff - it says I need a newer verson of .NET framework so I went to the microsoft site and downloaded and installed 3.5 to my desktop. But how do I install it on my PPC? Is there a PPC version of 3.5?

Thanks?

Jack

if you downloaded the desktop install all you have to do is plug your phone into the usb and start the install on your pc... then it'll start the install process on your phone.
If you want to install it directly on your ppc then look for the .cab version.

Task Facade 4.0 (3-6-09)

Latest version of Task Facade with many improvements...

Task Facade 4.0 RC6 - finger friendly task switcher

http://www.1800pocketpc.com/blog/wp-...ue-226x300.png Task Facade

Have you seen Xperia Panels, if yes and you like it, then surely you are going to love this application. Task facade is a visual task switcher, like what xperia has. Just assign it on one of your phones hardware button, and you are good to go. It show all your active application’s thumbnail in pleasant fully customizable theme. Task Facade, previously known as Dynamo 3, is a cool, animated task manager for your PocketPC 2003/05/06 device. Say goodbye to boring text lists of running programs and instead manage your programs by sliding in images of all your running applications onto your screen. For each program on your device an image is saved and when you click the hotkey they all zoom onto your screen. Simply click the one you want and it will increase to fill the screen. Quickly seeing all the running programs is far more efficient than having to read through a text-based task list so Task Facade can make task switching a much faster, and cooler, experience. Task Facade also allows you to quit programs from inside the image view meaning that it does everything your old text-based program manager could do.
