Also, we try to tweet about updates (normally with a link to full release notes) within a few minutes of their availability.

I'll let the TrialPay folks know, thanks!

Re: Kinoma media player

All i know is, Kinoma is by far my favorite app on my touch pro. My Touch pro is a media device first, and a phone second. And Kinoma has made my device that much better. The Audible portion of kinoma is truely outstanding!! Love it.

Thanks for recommending the Audible trial to me Dschoenike, that is what I used to get the full Kinoma and I really enjoy both as well

Re: Kinoma media player

ok, i purchased the full Kinoma Play yesterday, installed it....and all of a sudden, all my ringtones stopped working....now if i go to Settings - Sounds and Notifications, when i try to set them back, they'll show as added, but dont work....even if i try to use the preview button, they wont play.....any idea of why this is?

Re: Kinoma media player

Question... does a company get paid if their software is built in to this? Reason I'm asking. It seems weird these companies would allow Kinoma to make money off of their services... services they offer for free.

Kinoma's case, it has more features then just the access to the api's of free services. There is TONS of software you have to pay for that accesses free services. Most fruit phone apps come to mind... Software like IM+ that sells a rather expensive app, based entirely on free services.

I've never heard any reports like that, so I recommend that you contact our support folks if you haven't already.

I, personally, think it's a completely rip-off considering your customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have a better chance of getting a response out of you here than to get a comment to post succesfully on your forums since you filter them.

Any company that does not post a decent changelog with their new versions has garbage support, IMO.

Post a changelog, Charles.
