![]() But I see it does not decode DVDs directly... so that is already a show-stopper for me... AND it does not handle subtitles... I guess I will still give it a try out of scientific curiosity... hahahaha... (Q.019 Can I encode directly a VOB file from my DVD into iPod or any other container using SUPER ©? A. NO, SUPER © cannot decrypt VOB file on a DVD. You need to use a DVDdecrypt program to copy the VOB files to your HardDisk) See, the whole point of having a decoder (for me at least), is to be able to pull a DVD I dont have time to watch at home, and rip it over night to watch it on my Vogue. Click-click-click... simple... easy... no hassle... If I already have a file, chances are it is already decoded and can play it with CorePlayer... who's gonna have those weird file formats listed on the Super website??? I mean, this would be the best product for somebody trying to do this for professional purposes, but most of us just need ease of use. MHO. Oh, and also found this... it may come up handy... http://www.associatedcontent.com/art...rightsoft.html Last edited by fitzbg; 07-26-2008 at 10:52 PM. |

I would go with either Any Video Converter or Total Video Converter. Total Video Converter has a nicer UI, but it's about $40. Either way, you can't go wrong with them.
