Windows Live

Opposite to the previous post, i had no problems at all with this app, excellent sync of contacts and real push e-mail, i get my e-mails faster in my phone that using Windows live mail desktop or Outlook 2007 with outlook connector. maybe is because I don't have any junk on my phone but Pocket Breeze and Windows live
Battery last around 12 hours of regular use including browsing, syncing etc.

Is not working now but a refresh will be out very soon..

I have no idea why I had the problems with the contacts but it was quite annoying because 1 out of every 3 times I go to access a contact my phone would lock up.

How do you know a refresh will be out soon? Do you know something we don't? lol

That is what I've heard on Connect, I hope they release it today

to tell u all the truth i never had any problems, anywho i keep on getting "The Extension cab is not allowed" when i try to post the file any help would be appreciated

You have a new version?

You could always try to upload it to http://www.rapidshare.com/ or just put the cab in a zip file and upload it here.

To post a file it must be in Zip form on most PC's just right click chose send to compressed zip folder

I didn't have any problems with the contact sync. I didn't use the mail feature only Live messenger and the Contact sync.

Everything worked like a charm... I really hope they put out the refresh / new version asap !

I wonder why I had issues with the contact sync feature. I don't have any other programs installed that mess with contacts.

The only other programs that do anything with contacts are iGuidance (to pull an address for GPS), Google Maps, and the Windows Live app....I also have Windows Live Search installed.

Regardless though, I hope they release a new version or a refresh soon!

The new refresh got released last night. It is even better. Faster more stable, more options, etc. I have been using it all day and my battery is not being drained as fast, boot up time is not as slow, etc. Direct push is working wonderfully. I am sure it will appear on the boards soon. You do have to uninstall the old version, so those of you that have it built into the ROM may have significant problems.

Otherwise, it is all good.
