Best MP3 Player for Large Library?
When I say large, I mean over 6GB of mp3's on my pocket pc (8 GB SDHC Card).
S2P is ok, but isn't exactly organized, and does not have a shuffle all feature that I can find, and not to mention it takes forever to navigate through so many different artists. I'm looking for a program that can handle 1500+ songs without having any problems. HTC Audio Manager will not load all of my songs, so its useless to me. I'm running WM6.1, if it matters. |

They say that the best MP3 player is the one you never have to fire. I respectfully disagree. how about tcpmp I use that on mine. I got 4 MP3's in my phone. and 3 of them are the same with different versions.

You migh want to try downloading the latest version of HTC AM. The only known issue with HTC AM is that it wont play songs encoded over 320Kb, other than that it is perfect. In my opinion the best media player is the default WMP. It's got ratings, album arts, plays all levels of encoding in WMA(don't have any MP3's), plus it syncs great with WMP 11 on PC. Add SRS WOW HD to your PPC and you are in media player heaven. |

I think of all the audio players, HTC Audio Manager has the best one-handed use. I wish the other, better looking players worked as well.

I've used probably every single music playing software on the market, and I just keep on coming back to this.
http://www.pocketmind.com/pocketmusic.htm Its pretty much WinAmp on the ppc. Pocket Player would be my second choice, but it isn't free nor is it very fast. BTW: I'm using the old version of Pocket Music, not the 5.0 version on the website. |
