Most of it is pretty much playing around and seeing what works, but for some good 'basics' there is a thread over at XDA that pretty much details a few tweaks:

You do need a half-way decent photo editor (photoshop or something along that line is recomended, but I do a lot of my work in paint.net)

There were helmet arrows posted a while back (I will post add the post # when I find it), and if nobody soes one during the day, I will shoot out a battery for ya later!!

That realworldcursor looks interesting, is it a good one to have, or not really anything I wouldn't already have covered in photoshop + paint.net?
