Workout app.
Is there an app that i can use to keep track of weight lifting. I want to be able to see the workouts i need to do and be able to log the amount of weight i used on that particular day. Any help would be awesome.

there was a thread about this maybe 2 weeks ago. just go into the advanced search and search around for the thread- make sure youre searching back long enough and once you find the thread you should find about 5 or so dif apps of what youre looking for
