Looking for simple sound

Basically what im looking for is a simple..ONE LOUD BEEP noise that I can assign to my TXT message notificiation,and to other things..Anyone know where to get this?

My little brother told me that in the Windows directory there is an mp3 that has something to do with outgoing calls that suits my needs..Anyone know what hes referring to?
