I've been using pRSSReader for over a year and it rocks. I tried a few others but I really like pRSS. Plus it's FREE!

Another vote for pRSSReader, although the latest version would consistently freeze my phone after install, the version directly preceeding the current release works like a charm.

If you don't mind spending a few $, Egress is very similar to pRSSReader, with some enhanced functionality.
