Running apps from SD card

Okay. I have Google Maps and TomTom loaded on my Treo 700wx. I am trying to keep the RAM as empty as possible and only run what is absolutely necessary from it.

When installing Google Maps, I selected SD Card, but the app was still installed in main memory. No matter how many times I try it is run on main memory. Is there anyway to move it to the SD Card once installed. It is using up 1MB and I would like to move it to the SD Card.

The other app is TomTom Navigator. I never got the option to install to the SD Card. It is using 6MB on my main memory.

I had both of these apps running on my old Palm OS. Both from the SD Card and both without issue. Any help on how to move these to the SD Card or force them to install to the SD Card would be most appreciated. Thank you.
