TCPMP Skins

OK....I did a search here and on Dogpile and it was hit and miss....mainly miss....So please forgive me if I missed something.
Is there any skins for the TCPMP like HTC for WMP? It appears that TCPMP doesnt support it.... WHY?! It is such an awesome program it begs the question of why there isnt a skin that in more "finger" or "one-handed" friendly?
