and ill post the segoe UI cab, it changes the system font to segoe. Its much smoother and looks more modern to me. You have to make sure that cleartype is enabled though

just install, soft reset, and turn on cleartype. you may need to increase the system font size under settings, its a matter of personal preference though

been using this as my system font for a while and i love how much better it is, easier to read, spaces out much better.

yeah the cab can be unistalled with no issues, font will revert back to original if you dont like it... but i'm sure you will! sorry cant do screenshot from work...
