Re: SPB Backup Erased My Storage Card
Hmmmm...that's very strange. SPB should not touch your storage card at all unless it's to save the backup files to it. If you have a card reader on your pc see if you can read it there. What size card is it? Did the storage card get wet too?

Re: SPB Backup Erased My Storage Card
sounds like a good question, but i never had that problem with my storage card after i found out it was in the washing machine on a cold cycle, and my old 2GB card worked fine after all that punishment for example. maybe it has something to do with trying to backup your PIM and everything into a different device after the previous one which usually causes issues.

Re: SPB Backup Erased My Storage Card
There are PC based tools for unerasing Flash cards, so I would use a flash reader and a PC and see what could be done...

Re: SPB Backup Erased My Storage Card
Doesn't sound like something SPB did. It doesn't have any functionality to wipe cards that I'm aware of. As noted, though, definitely try it on the computer and try a utility like Recuva to see if you can recover the data.

WoW. Recuva is the coolest thing ever. How have I never heard of this before. And it's free. Thanks a lot. I got everything back
