Windows mobile 6.1 how do i get it?

i tried searching but 6.1 is not a searchable term. But anyhow i read a lot of threads about people having 6.1 on there device, how do i get it?
i have a mogul. thank you

If you have a Mogul, check the HTC Titan Upgrades forum.
