make sure it says carrierlogo only. you probably downloaded it and it has a _168 after it. delete it and it soft reset the phone

I think I'm missing something. I downloaded both files, extracted the first one and now when I open the second one it's a bunch of small files, what do I do with those? Thanks! I'm sure I'll get this eventually, this is not my forte!
