BT MSVC Static

I had version 1.0 BT on old sprint phone and always had static. Moved to mogul with MSVC and BT headset Blueant Z9 with 2.0 support. Works great being able to get messages over ear piece along with phone contacts and caller ID with new customers not in phone book. One thing that bugs me is the static that comes thru ear piece. The phone can be 20 feet away or by my side. My question is are all of you having this problem? I thought this was cleared up with BT 2.0? This was posted here but could be hrdware issue so I posted here first.

Re: BT MSVC Static

I have the same phone and earpiece and I've noticed increased static with the latest radio (3.35.04). Distance doesn't seem to matter. The first radio had the same problem but it was better with the second (2.17?) but now it's unpredictable. All in all, I'm happy to have GPS and better stability so I'm not willing to go back.
