Calling all software pro's!!
 

I just spent the last good 8 hours finishing my phone with software..

then for some reason I tried this program

now my entire dial pad is screwed up..

I cannot find the program ANYWHERE TO REMOVE IT!!

Does any of you "pro's" have a clue?

Well...

What else did you install? Specifically, did you install a dialer beforehand?

Also, what device do you have?

Goto: Start -> Settings -> System Tab

Click on the "Remove Programs" Highlight the application "Customization Customize_Tool" and select remove.

And uh, I can't speek for everyone here, but I'm not a pro, just a GEEK! :)

This cab has the uninstall option, Just the name is "mysteriously weird"...

You got me all excited!! but there is NOTHING in the remove programs all what you say?

Actually I know for a fact NOTHING is in there that has to do with this horrible program.

for the record, I had Vista dialer ( matches the cube ) for a while, installed this program.

Tired removing the vista dialer and everything, NO HELP!!

I am about to format this entire phone over a ****ING STUPID PROGRAM!!

Install SK Tools and see if something shows up through their un-install manager.

Umm did you hard reset yet.....Try and installing a new dialer.

Already reset.. Its not that bad when you've done it about 10x now.. I have it down pretty good, also, I tried already to install another dialer
