Using .ico for Program Shortcut
 

I've been trying to create a shortcut using notepad. I want to be able to assign the shortcut icon to a .ico, but I have not been able to do so. I even tried using SK Shortcut Manager, but it only recognizes .dlls. Is there a way to convert and .ico to a .dll. Sorry, if I'm missing something hear...google didn't seem to bring up any answers.

There is a program out there that allows you to drop different file types into it and converts them into .ico. Just do a google search for (various picture extentions) to .ico. Sorry I cant remember the specific name of it. If I find it again I'll upload it.
