why doesnt intercept work on my touch?? when I press synch it is not grabbing my recent picture mails??

How do you make intercept work? I have never gotten it to work I always have to open SMMS and tell it to "sync"

It appears that pictures.sprintpcs.com is down. Is there anyways that sMMS could return a better message when it comes to the the companies site is down. Yeah, tried that before and it does detect some outages. The issue is Sprint never shuts down their site the same way twice. Sometimes they put up a message, sometime not. Sometimes it returns a 500 ro 404, but like not it is in a limbo state. Not returns an status code, it is just not returning. The other issue is knowing when there is an outage and having enough time to capture and test while there is still an outage.

If you got to Menu => Help from the Main Menu, you will see instructions on how to enable Intercept.

BUT as said many times before Intercept does not work with Palm SMS, SMS Chat, etc.

sMMS is skinnable, loads faster, and works a lot more often than the pic mail app for windows mobile.

The Sprint app is pretty much a done deal. It is what it is. sMMS is an ongoing project in development. Sprint isn't going to add new features YOU request, much less answer questions or support the app at all. It's a better app, developed on suggestions from the user base by a programmer (SomeGuyMMS) who truly cares about that user base. It wins, period. Try it and you will know too what us sMMS supporters know. Pony up the price of a latte' or a pack of smokes and you get the full features, but the free version still works better than the free Sprint WinPM.
