HTC Home 2 Wont Work

I have a HP 614c. HTC Home 1.5 works fine (except for the email and weather issues). I have tired to install various 2.0 builds. THey all install but they don't work. My home screen is the exact same as it was before I install it. I make sure HTC Home is checked in the today area and when I go back to the home screen, the screen shifts a bit but the HTC Home never comes up. I soft reset but the screen remains my orignal screen.

I can not figure out whey it does not work. In fact, I can not get it to work on my mio a702 either.

It looks like it installs itself on HTCHome folder on the device.
