Re: Skyfire Support
I don't know... Skyfire is nice for the total web experience but Opera seems to have a better overall User interface and zooming implementation.

Is that normal Skyfire operation? I guess Skyfire needs constant communications with the network to remain active, even if your just reading an article. Also, I have been spoiled with the tabbed browsing of Opera 9.5, and not having it on Skyfire sux pretty bad. I also feel like the zoom feature, as Draiko mentioned, is poorly implemented on Skyfire, at least compared to Opera. When watching videos on YouTube or NFL.com or whereever I always have to zoom out several steps. I wished it were a bit more intuitive like Opera. I like the SmartFit within Skyfire, but wish it would switch to that mode only once you zoomed in, the way Opera Mobile does. I was just now switching between Opera Mobile 9.5 and Skyfire on nfl.com, and while it looks much more like the real web page on Skyfire, it's very buggy and has to update content all the time when spanning around the paged zoomed in, and often gets stuck. So that explains the longer page load times with Opera since it loads the whole page to your phone, while Skyfire only loads the portion you are looking at, at any giving moment. I guess at this point I like them both for different reasons, but if I'm just reading articles Opera is the winner. I can't wait until Opera 9.51 comes out with integrated Flash. |

skyfire...
I like skyfire ALOT and it works very nice as a browser, however i have a quick question.
Is there a way to open the video itself FULLSCREEN? I know it will play on the actual page, but lets say i want to make it fullscreen, is this possible? |

The answer is no if you only want to use Skyfire.

Re: skyfire...
You would have to use another browser and the flashvideobundle for YOUTUBE, but i mean for other videos they need the option to make the actual videos fullscreen..
its a great feature to be able to watch whatever you want.. but u still need fullscreen for videos other then youtube |

Re: skyfire...
What i do is click on the screen once and you could adjust the size of the zoom box and make it the size of the video
