im havin problems makin ringtones on my mogul..it keeps tellin mi shutdown programs...but all the programs are shutdown

I've downloaded the HTC Audio Manager, but my "trim" button is grayed out. It is installed on my device, not the storage card (I'm using a HTC Mogul).

Does anyone have a fix for this?
