I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THIS APPLICATION, IT REQURIES NET Compact Framework 2.0. When i go to install this on my touch, it installs then says a newer version has been installed and it needs to uninstall this in order for it to work. I select ok & install it on my device, but the installation of the framework fails, can someone please tell me how i can get this to work?

On the Touch, you do not need to install .NET Compact Framework 2.0 as it is already included on WM6.
