icons for the iphone theme or any theme

this is more of a tidbit i found out..i am a graphic designer by trade and work with adobe appz all day long..well after FINALLY figuring out how to use c-launcher sp? with the iphone theme i d/loaded from deviantart.com some free icons packs and simply loaded them into my photoshop...one in there change the icon to 32x32 then save as a .bmp (bitmap) then simply save back to your desktop folder..once there drag that icon you just changed into your (my documents) folder on your main device then simply go back into c-launcher sp? high light the icon you wish to edit..click edit...then search for the icon..all done..i will upload images once i learn how to screen cap images from my fone or find a app tat can screen cap an image from my htc
