I wrote them about not being able to click weblinks which for us Sprint users is important for pic mail and this is what they sent back....so hopefully they DO give a fat rats azz about developing!! I still use it even though i have to forward all my pic mail texts to my email (which means I had to send a text to myself from my email first so that i can hit reply) Answer: We'll consider your wish and try to realize it in the future version of the program. -- Best regards, Technical Support VITO Technology Inc |
Just because they say that means nothing about their actual intentions. That is just a PR rep trying to make sure you are as pleased as you can be with their product. But who know, stranger things have happened.

Tried it, I'll stick with pocketcm for now. Anyone been able to get the sent message bubble back after uninstall?

Re: SMS-Chat by Vito Technologies Threaded SMS
It's true peeps, and about time .
Ok, here's the rundown on some of the welcome changes to the application: 1. New layout (takes a little getting used to, nothing major) which displays the type of number next to the contact in the newly titled Chats window e.g. Chaosxj349 Mobile. The buttons on the main Chats window have been moved to the top, leaving more room for finger "flickability". 2. Best addition to the app - Numbers/Letters on the side to easily scroll to you contacts to send them a text, or add them to a group text. It looks very similar to the one in Vito Funcontacts, but the contacts scroll with the letters. 3. So far so good, messages are being sent without more than a 3 second delay, and I'm getting 97% of my wav/vibrating notifications for new incoming messages every time, no matter if the app is minimised or closed. 4. The message notification still pops up over s2u2 (I ain't know bout y'all, but I have no problems with that, makes my lazy life a whole lot easier) 5. Predictive text is working now, but there is still no auto capitalization of the first letter in the first word of the text. Still a tad bit annoying, but bearable. 6. Shows the number of characters in a newly composed sms, and shows whether it will be sent as one message, two messages, etc. 7. You can copy and paste text in new messages now, but you can't copy and paste from previously sent and received messages. And most importantly, you can't add a new contact if someone sends you a new telephone number via sms, and you want to click on the number to start the default add contact scenario. Anyways, I'm starting to feel the love again... Another reason to love my phone/forum/application (choose one or all that apply). Oh wait, almost forgot. I've been having a problem sending a text to a telephone number not designated as the "mobile" number (even using the default WM messaging app). Is there a workaround to this, coz I have friends with multiple cell numbers, and having to switch them around is becoming a real pain... |
