How to Unlock GPS on the Mogul

Not sure if this has been posted before because I couldn't find it when I searched, but here is a website which shows how to unlock GPS. I did this to my phone last night and it works good, but the only problem was it deactivated my phone so I had to call back into get the msl and msid.
