getting an error
 

the program workfor about 2 hour then i started getting an error on the data page when you hit refresh on the botton of the page you get NullReferenceException

and in the mibbile in a small window you get Error An unknown error occured

What an amazing little app! Thanks again, no2chem. Your new mods have got the program running on my Kirvin's C&S WM5 6700, but only AS a stand-alone program. It does not show as a selection on the today screen, and doesn't even show as a progam; I go to file exporer>my device>program files>nueMinutes>nueMinutes and click on refresh, and it works.

I follow every instruction on web site. No prob', tho---great to have this available, and I am awed at the work put into this!

This is the errors I get...

Logs in, gets data, logs out.....
parsing data, format exception, and then POP UP "unkown error occurs"

When I run the program and hit refresh it gives me correct data but on today screen after hitting Internet button it still shows default data PLN 33333/44 M2M 34/2..... I don't know whats the problem?

How many people are getting the today plugin to work. It never shows up in the Today settings for me. If you did, how?

I got the today plug in to show up on my today screen but its not working.If I click the gear and go in to the settings then click the data tab and refresh I get my account info and its correct. But on my today screen the plug in has completely different numbers that are way wrong. Anyone with a idea why the 2 sets of numbers don't match?

no2chem, do you still need access to an ensemble account with only one line? It is a SERO but it should still give you the correct formatting that you need. Let me know (even though I have my 3rd party account in p2k I still have a SERO in ensemble for my brother).

So this program is broken? because im having the same problems as others with it showing the wrong info on the Today screen.

Its a work in progress. If its giving you weird numbers try pressing the internet button, it should be fixed in the next release. Its working for some accounts.

What plan are you on? I have the same exact issues as you! I'm on SERO with the older system...

I have "Sprint Power Pack 450" and I think Im on the new billing system.

i have a mogul im on the old billing sys. with sprint. it worked for about 1 hour and stoped i have reinstalled it twice and installed it . every time i try to log in it logs in fine it does its thing it shows its geting the info. it log out THEN i get on the botton of th sceen it says

FormatException

and the popup in the middle Error -An unknown Error Occured-

im on the old sys my # is my user name

it worked for about 1 hour and stop and it will not work again

finially got around to installing this.....very nice no2chem, thanks much! but I'm having the same issues as some of the others, from the dat tab it pulls all the correct info, but on the today screen it shows PLN: 33333/44 M2M: 34/2 N/W: 2888/2 TXT: 43/100

click the internet icon on the today screen. its a known issue and i'll get to it soon. glad to see its working for you.

doesnt look to be a simple clicking internet icon will fix issue for me. I'm getting NullReferenceException.

Nice work chem. I'm running WM5 on my 700wx and have Sprint Ensemble. And while obviously I can't get this to display on my today screen I am able to use the app in stand-alone mode.

Keep up the great work and don't forget us WM5 users when you're releasing new versions!

NO2CHEM... I applaud you. I installed and it works great. I can see this being an awesome idea for tracking usage on small business platforms.

However for me, it's just a E-Phallus to show people what my phone can do. :)

I'm in the old billing cycle *STILL* and I'm getting format exception error. Here is a screen shot and a mini video that show the error.

ok saves it the credentials ok

logs in - perfectly says its downloading minutes etc, completes fine but the info does not update in settings screen or today just has default numbers there. Also the date is 1/1/01 after the refresh. im on the new system with a sero plan. any ideas? your rom wm6.1 running on a touch

not working for me. null error

I just started to use this program and like it a lot, however i am on a shared plan so there are two phones on my account we split 550 minutes but only my minutes show up. No my gf is a minute hog so we always go over and i use about 100 minutes a month so it really isn't beneficial just displaying mine. Is there away or will there be away to display total minutes?

yeah, i just want to let you know i'm reading these things and looking into them - i'm just kinda busy with getting wm6.1 working at the moment.

Awesome program, what an awesome idea. I got it up and running with little effort and eventually got it to update the values on the today screen now it's stuck. if I go to settings and to data I can see the right info after refreshing, but I can't for the life of me get the info to the today screen. I also noticed the the last time updated is an hour off (I'm on Eastern Time).

I'm on a 500 F&F plan similar to SERO (SWAC plan)
and I am in the ensemble *NEW* billing system.

AWESOME PLUGIN!! with me being on a SERO f&f plan I am always concerned about going over my minutes, but never really have time to check, unless I'm at home and by then I forget. This is great, Plus i can see just how high i can get my text total, im still trying to pass the 3800 i got a few months back.

If you are talking about EDRP then what's the point?
If you are talking about SWAC then yes it works (sort of) as I'm using it. It remains to be seen if the errors I have are caused by my plan or just some other bug since the only problem I have is the today screen refreshing with accurate info.

First i want to say thanks for the work and great program....its not working for me either I have a mogul, on a SERO plan, and still on the old account platform. Like others it says it saves my username and password (which is my tele # and made u p password) and says it logsin, gets data, logs out and says unknown error has occured.....i know ur busy working on this and probably a million other things just wanted to tell u what was happening with me in hopes it will help u fix the bugs....again thanks for the great work

So updateing with the today plugin I always get the same default #s, but in the app itself in the data tab I get the correct info. So what I did was Unchecked the today plugin in the setting then went into the file explorer MyDevice-Program Files-nueMinutes and created a shortcut of the nueMinutes.exe (Clock icon 31.5k) in MyDevice-Windows-StartMenu-Programs. It takes me right to the Data part of the app just refresh and your usage is updated. The icon is not the right size its a bit off but works the way it should.
