First, I want to say what a great skin this is and thank you for all your hard work. Also thanks for being so kind and sharing it with us.

I have ver 2.5.1 of wp. I down loaded the correct .dll and installed it. However it doesn't seem to be working. I just get numbers.

Is there something that I might have done wrong?

What steps did you follow exactly? Did you take WP off the Today screen while replacing the DLL? Did you overwrite the old DLL or did you rename it? Have you soft reset and still see the numbers instead of the moon phases?

I use WA2 and WAD. So just turned them off and then checked to make sure wp was not checked in today. Then I renamed the .dll. Then I installed the new .dll. I have done a soft reset and still see just numbers. I have also tried it with and without WA2 and WAD.

Uhmm and I see you say you downloaded the right DLL file so... you got me on that one. If you are sure you downloaded the right DLL from the first post then I'm out of answers...

We'll have to wait for the guru to reply

I tried both .dll's. Just wanted to make sure. And both act the same way.

I don't know it this matters, but I'm using a 8525.

Also the original .dll was named WPRes.dll. So I renamed it WPResorg.dll.

The only issues that I've heard of so far are installation issues. Here's a couple of questions:

1. Are you running WeatherPanel 2.5.1 "registered" or 2.5.1 "trial" (TRIAL0"?
2. When viewing the old and new dll's on your device, what are the sizes of each?

I'm running WP 2.5.1 registered.

Old dll=222kb
New dll=149.5

You need to replace the file named WeatherPanel.dll (not WPRes.dll)...
