Is There A Way To Sync Text Messages Like Everything Else On Your Phone So You Can Save Them? I Have Text Messages I Dont Wonna Lose, Or If I Get A New Phone I Might Wonna Transfer Them To My New Phone.

Great program.

How do you transfer PIMBACKUP information from one PPC to another. I want to transfer my SMS, emails to my Sprint touch from mogul.

Just back up messages to sd card. Place the card in the Touch and restore messages. If you do not have a card, you can do a backup to the main memory on the Mogul, copy the file to you pc via activesync, copy the file from the pc to the Touch via activesync, then do the restore using Pimbackup again. Should work like a charm.

I like the idea of "SYNC-ing" sms messages as opposed to "Backing-up". Maybe a plug-in for Outlook? I sync quite often with my exchange server, and the idea that a copy of my text conversations are safe at home on my server just like my emails and contacts, would be very comforting. It would be quite convenient as well... like ron says:
"set it and forget it!" lol
