backup program

Hey everyone....i had a question and was wondering if you guys could help me out....I was wondering if there is a backup program where u could set up in advance what particular files you wanted to back up and where to back them up to on a schedule....my phone has been acting strange lately so i keep having to do hard resets and am getting tired of setting up my programs, entereing my daily info into them and when i need to do a hard reset i may forget a program to backup....i was hoping that there is a program where once i set up what files to back up (and which folders to store them in) it will do it nightly or whatever schedule i want.....greatly appreciate any help someone can offer

I use SPB Clone and I have several backups of my device, if I need to reload my device after a hard reset or loss of something, i just reload the clone and every (including txt, calls, apps, ect) are all there.

Thanks everyone one for the quick responses......

Weapon....what version of sk tools are u using? I am currently using 3.5 and i know that it can do the backup but mine doesnt look like urs and i havent figure out how to set it up like im trying to do.....

Weedahoe.....thanks for ur advice, im not really trying to back up everything, just i have a couple programs (banking, workouts, car maintance...etc) that i was hoping that i could find a program that i could after setting it up go to that program and save all of those files or the backups of those files by using the backup program instead of me having to go to each program and do a backup of it and then do a hardrest

I'm currently using SBP Backup. This creates self-extracting backups onto an SD card. You can set it to b/u your entire phone or set up a custom b/u. I have mine to back up the entire phone ( Contacts, programs, etc) once a week.
