is there anything else out there like pointui? i would be interested if there was. just curious ^_^
You might consider using FreestylWM. It is an iphone-esque format with sliding screens, built in locker w/clock and some other features, it is also easily modifiable. The downside is that the program has to run in Flash Lite.Visi

Visit www.freestylwm.com

EDIT: i just read about something called the neo home screen for the T-mobile shadow. is that something that you can download? just throwing it out there.
I've done a little bit of looking and from what I"ve seen people have dumped the rom and some people are working on it for the ppc. Here's a link I found.

I thought I would update those following this thread that there is a test update availble (like I posted before) and from what I can tell it fixes a few issues.

My favorite thing is it changes the color from blue to grey'ish and it replaces the WMP icon with favorites (huge improvement in ease of use)

-Instruction
- Unzip home.exe from the zip file and override the existing home.exe of 1.01B folder
- This zip file is not installation file

Custom PointUI Cab?... Please?

Hi, I was wondering if any one know how to strip the touch/scroll clock and calendar ribbon from the PointUI today screen and create a cab out of it to install as a today plugin...
Thats the only feature I like about PointUI.. (no offense to the developers)
I just like my WM6 settings more..
thanks

Maybe your best bet would be to ask the developers. Because a program is given away free doesn't mean we can violate their rights and steal their code.

kinda ironic seeing how this forum is filled with dozens of htc rips. ie, the so many touch programs everywhere here with cabs, etc sprint tv is another high profile example

That'd be nice but LOL online morals are few in number, someone will eventually .cab it even if the developers can't/won't.
Just keep you eyes open either here or at XDA, give it time...
