Odd PhoneAlarm Behavior...

I did a hard reset today and installed PA 1.58 for the first time(1.56 was on before the reset). When I use the 5-way to navigate, the first box no longer highlights(location setting in my case). All the other boxes work fine. Has anyone seen this behavior and do you know what would cause it?
