Marketplace and its apps shut down?

I noticed yesterday that shazam premium ave me an error about not being able to connect to the server. today the same thing with motweets and i cant get into the marketplace, apparently because of a network problem, and last but not least, microsoft myphone it not syncing which means no hard resetting for me. anyone else getting the same or similar errors?
