Good way to "invisibly" run Java apps?

I have a bunch of applications and games in .jar format that I would like to run on my pocketpc, but I would also like to have links to them placed under the programs menu, or maybe under "games" so I can run them without first running some random client software like JBed first, and then launching the game. Anyone know if this is possible?
