With the dl'd cache folder, open it up. Look at the folders inside it. you should have 4 folders - channels, icon, menu & lineups. Look inside those folders. Just remember what they should be like.
Now, go to program files>Sprint TV folder. Open up the the sprint TV folder and there should be a cache folder. If there isn't, go and paste the dl'd cache folder into the sprint Tv folder. and then run the program again.
If you have a cache folder in the sprint TV folder, open up the cache folder. Are the 4 folders in there? If not, then replace the cache folder with the dl'd one as it is missing folders. If there is 4 folder, are the content in the 4 folders missing? The problem with the sprint tv program is that it logs onto the sprint server and when the program initializes it sometimes remove the cache folder completely or parts of the contents in the cache folder and that is why it keeping trying to load or say that you are unauthorized. The point is that you need to look into the sprint TV folder and make sure the cache folder is complete when it is not working. The easiest way is just recopy the entire cache folder when it is not working. Also, before you log back onto the sprint Tv program, kill the sprint TV program first, then relog onto it. This way it refreshes the login process. This is how I get it to work.

Thanks kcaegis45!! Had you not explained how the cache folder disappears and how what to do about it, I would have never gotten this to work. I really appreciate it and all the help everyone else has given here.

This is all the same BS that happened before. I still refuse to install this because it looks like all the same issues are apparent.
