X out of the program, go to the Sprint TV folder, open up the cache, you probly dont see 4 folder. The cache needs the 4 folders. Delete the cache folder, go and copy the cache folder that you dl and paste it into the sprint TV folder.
If you don't have the cache folder in the Sprint TV folder, go and copy and paste it into it.
What happens is that while it is initializing, the cache folder gets deleted or some of the folders inside the cache folder gets deleted. You need the cache folder with the 4 folders inside it to work otherwise you get the loading thingy or the yellow moving bars going back and forth forever.
Look at the dl'd cache folder and see how it is so the next time you look into the sprint tv folder for the cache folder you will see the difference when there is a problem

Im running WM6 (no junk version) on my 6700 with 1.41 radio. Anyone get it working on this rom or am I gonna have to drop it for another just to get this working.

does anyone know if they charge for these channels? or is it free as long as we got the vision pack on my mogul???? help

I am having the same problem as other on here. Sprint TV loads up fine on my Mogul but when i try to open any channel i get the 7000 error. Im guessing there is no solution to this as of yet. Im wondering why it works for some and not for others???

all my channels just keep saying load, am I do something wrong?

FYI: I'm running WM6 on a 6700 and still work perfectly for me.

Make sure you are installing to device memory. After install, exit Sprint TV. Copy the included cache folder to the /program file/sprint TV folder, overwriting the current folder and then launch... work perfect.

Make sure that you are connected to wifi or the internet.
