Great find!!! would help alot of people if we had a brief description of each app as some of they're names are elusive as to what they really do.

I posted this link yesterday in response to another questions. The OP of this thread took all the files from that thread and even their screenshot, but did not give credit to the original thread over created by patr!k over at XDA.

Also as an added bonus does anyone know what will and what wont work on a 6700?

Ok so here are a couple of screen shots of what I just tried. The HTC Tray App puts the little icons on the bottom right corner of the screen ( orientation, battery, comm manager etc...)

Enlarge Start Menu, does exactly what I thought it should ( go to Start > Settings > Large Start Menu to enable this one. If I have time I will post more...

ok i have been testing this and test this on the 6700 i have pretty much figguered every thing out but one thing what in the world does the gif aniamtion do. I have tried diff today themes to see if that is it and it isn't that hell i can't even find it in the windows folder so if any one out there got any thing let me know so i can get a oem pagage together cause with this and some type of cube app we can turn the 6700 into the touch lol swweett.

What do these do? I haven't had a chance to play with them yet...

Here is what the HTC Wait Icon looks like.

htc audio booster - is like a new htc audio player its not really that great in my opinon
htc end key - for what i have seen its the same as the x button
htc wait animation - its a different wait ball that really bogs down the 6700
htc gif amination - i found out that its a amimation of the slpah screen i google it and theres a couple of web sites that tell how o use it.
Htc Plus - Is a today plug in that has a new clock that is hard to read but has the icons to launch programs just like spb today plus screen.
Htc today quick launcher - from what i can tell its icons that launch programs from the today screen.

update on the end key it will replace the contact soft key but will still give you the option to kill different processes

how do we install these on the mogul?

just wanted to warn some of you.. i think the x button that's in this list is defective...

if i want to install the dialer do i need to do anything to the original one on there first or turn my phone off or anything?

Can HTC Album replace the standard pic/video album? I have resco Photo Viewer and I love but I would like to get rid of the standard Pic/video album.

File invaild....cant open the zip....

No it does not as the factory pictures also is how to assign pictures and it also manages the video files. Works great if you want to see pics and go to camera relatively fast.

The attached screenshot shows you what Endkey does. It allows you to put your phone in "airplane mode", toggle vibrate, end your data session, and lock your device.

I found the way to use it that is best for me is to (using the endkey settings), set it so that when i activate endkey, it automatically toggles the vibrate on or off.

Then i map endkey to one of my buttons, and viola...vibrate on\off switch!

htc equalizer and bluetooth stereo
 

Does anyone know how to make HTC equalizer work over bluetooth? I need some bass boost on my moto S9 headset. By default, this software only works with a wired headset; it is activated by the headset plug. I tried inserting a plug and adjusting the EQ but, nada.

How can i get the htc audio manager today screen plug in to bring up htc audio manager instead of WMP? and is there a way to make the audio controls in htc home plug in use the audio manager instead of wmp as well?

Im still waiting on the Touch Dual Audio Manager. Thats the killer app!!!!

Does it preserve track ordering of albums? To me that's why the old Audio Manager was worthless. Whose bright idea was it to allow only alphabetical ordering of tracks?

Yes it does it correctly and it also gives you a equalizer. Really nice.

htc album doesn't work on apache with wm6 kitchen rom
plus where are the oems the file i downloaded only had cabs in it

It's not the Touch Dual version, but I just found a version that at least preserves the track order:

where can i find the pre-packaged themes that come with Helmi's latest rom? i'm mostly interested in the "htc metal theme" if someone knows how to get it, please let me know. Thanks

Has anyone try HTC Equalizer yet? I had it on a custom ROM and I didn't notice any changes in the sound.

put a few cabs on my xv6700 and it bricked it but i was able to reflash after 4 tries.

I'm dying to install this "HTC Zip.zip (242.2 KB)" but what the heck does it do?
