Re: Barnes & Noble eReader from OMarket
I wasn't able to install directly to my storage card, but after I installed the program to my device I cut and pasted the BN eReader folder to my storage card and updated the shortcut in the start menu. Everything works fine, and downloaded books are being stored on my storage card. I just verified that there is no sign of the BN folder in my phone's memory anymore.

Re: Barnes & Noble eReader from OMarket
I've tried µBook. Talk about sucking ass. It also does not render .epub files.
Turns out there are other threads about ebook readers in general but that this thread is actually about one particular ebook reader and some specific questions about it. |
Re: Barnes & Noble eReader from OMarket
Ubook is old and terrible. It reads some ancient file types that aren't even used anymore, but not .epub or .lit, making it useless imo.
The B&N reader is really sweet, and once you install Calibre on your pc you can get all your books under one roof:) |
Re: Barnes & Noble eReader from OMarket
Have you figured out a way to get B & N ereader to recognize files that don't come from them? I have a bunch of files from fictionwise/ereader.com and line the B & N interface butter than the ereader.com interface, but haven't been able to get the software to recognize them. thanks.
