PPCGeeks - htc homeplug

Ive tried to find this but couldnt. between xda and here theres tons of topis with way too many pages. Is there a hack or a cab that can place the new text message icon in the htc homeplug on the today screen the way the htc kaiser has as a default? if you dotn know what im talking about peep the video

pls dont point out any touchflo home screens i want the simple icon as shown in that video. please let me know if this has been done and a link where i can do this. i have a p4000 or as u guys know it the htc mogul
