Activesync New computer Destroys Partnerships?

Hey All,
I just installed Activesync 4.5 on another XP box, so I could explore my PPC. No syncing at all, everything is unselected. The PPC is an Imagio with WM 6.5

Today, when I got in to my office and connected my phone it tell me we I have to create a new partnership!

There HAS to be a way to use the one I was using Friday. I am comfortable editing registries on both the PC and the PPC, though I am unsure where these values are stored.

The Old working partnership cannot be "unchecked" as this will cause all the contacts to be deleted from the PPC.
The new partnership (with all sync values unchecked) that was created on my work machine is just blank at the moment.

Help!
