Uhmmm maybe uninstall MemMaid, search the registry for any entries related and delete them... soft reset, and reinstall?
I'd recommend a backup before doing this though. Have you soft reset after entering your code? Maybe it needs to process it... |

How about uninstalling and removing the old registry entries? As I said before, if you do this I really encourage you to create a backup first just in case.

The code given on the screen is NOT the registration the code on that screen is the code you give to memmaid to get the registration code. The code you need should have been sent to you in an Email. Hope this helps
