Convert video from Omnia i910 for PC playback

Hello All,
I apologize if I re-plowing old ground but I have looked in other posts before submitting this.
I am requesting advice for converting video from my Omnia i910 for playback on other PCs. I have been reading other posts about video conversion but they all seem to deal with converting from other sources for playback on the phone, not the other way around.
My issue is that I want to send videos that I take with my phone to other people but when I do, the audio is not included. I have read online that this is normal behavior and that the video needs to be converted, but I have yet to find advice as to what tools to use. If at all possible, I would really be interested in an app that would run on my phone for this but I will take what I can get.
