ive seen this on the iphone

just wondering if theres one for windows mobile

I'm not aware of a WM app specifically for monitoring police frequencies, but WunderRadio has the ability to check emergency scanner streams from ScanAmerica.us . Plus, it has some much more, including thousands of music stations etc..
