Hi,
I followed all the directions and things went smoothly until the very last step. Gmail fails to launch. Is there anything I could be missing? Do you need more details? I really appreciate this forum. Thanks so much.

Gmail loads just fine but it tells me, "Sorry, the Gmail mobile app will not work on your phone. Your phone doesn't have the appropriate certificate to communicate with Gmail. Try accessing Gmail on your mobile browser at http://m.gmail.com"

What do I do?

Dunno, never seen that.

I just reinstalled after a hard-reset and it works fine for me.

Update: Added Gmaps.jad for installing GoogleMaps to the package in case anyone wants that.

Shortcut presently reads "\My Documents\bin\emulator.exe"

What should I do with that part? Turn that into " "? I'm confused.

Assuming Gmail is your 1st in the list in the emulator program:

"\My Documents\bin\emulator.exe"-Xjam:run=1

Hey guys, I got mine working flawlessly, but didn't bother with gmail since I don't even utilize it via desktop.

HOWEVER...I can't get 'satellite view' to work, is it because I reside in Calgary, Canada? With the previous Google Map versions, I was able to view it with ver 1.2, 1.3, 1.3.1, but not this currious gmaps.jad version.

Any insight here is appreciated.

James
