One-hand use, for moments when you can't open the keybard, etc. People obviously have an interest and use for it or this thread wouldn't be 4 pages already ;)

@jamesus: Yeah I figured, but someone asked me what ROM I was running so I figured I'd post that. I'm happy with Touchpal, I'm not going to uninstall it just to try this one out.

sometimes yanking out the full fb isnt convenient like when driving ect or when you only have one hand free. and the stock kb will not get the job done when you try to one-hand it so these various other keyboards give us options, and options are always a good thing.

yeah I used it for like a day but then had to uninstall it because of the retarded xt9, wouldnt go away even when using the hardware keyboard!

idk how people can put up with it

Odd, I don't have that problem.

ok i have just tested this program it is nice the keys are abit bigger than the touch pal but i feel its the same as touch pal the prediction is nice but i still have to go with touchpal on this one i,m using helmi 3.5 kitchen for apache the problem i have with this is that when i change btw touch key boards i had to soft reset b/c this new k/b wouldnt allow it... i will try it on apache wm6 kitchen when i go back
ps. the space where to select for which prediction you want is smaller then the one in touchpal.

wow this is real good for quick typing so much better then defualt, only camn across one issue, and thats with opera, heres what happens when i use it. t e s t thats only for opera, also the backspace button bcomes a second space button alo lol, but if im using opera the keyboard is out so i dont care much for that

ohh yeah, also has anyone noticed that after installing this, when you go to write a name for the t field, it doesnt bring up contacts that start with the letters you have, just thought id point that out also.

Works great for me on my 6700 with Helmi's WM6 ( I have SIP changer installed ) After a reset it worked fine.

This is way better and easier than touchpal. I think I found a new keyboard for good. Now I need to figure out how to cook this sucker up in a ROM

Works fine on my 6700 accept in pocketcm. The keys show up kinda retarded and the icon to change the keyboard or shrink it isn't on the screen. Does anyone else have this problem?

Tried it but there is no way this is better than touchpal IMO. Touchpal has predictive and selective letter without having to tap another key to change input method. Also you cant delete word per word like touchpal. Only 1 letter at a time. Space bar is in the center which you could accidentally hit the tx9 key or Sym key. Touchpal is on the bottom left. Cant really make any mistake hitting that. Also doesnt have quick button for .com, .net etc. Too much screen presses. IMO touchpal seems more suited for the Touch since it has swipe screen functions. I still prefer Touchpal over this one for sure but thanks for pointing this one out.
